10 front raise 10 lateral raise 10 press 10 rear delt *rest for 30seconds and repeat 3x = 120reps
CIRCUIT #2- UNILATERAL . *4sets of 10 reps per side = 80 reps total
CIRCUIT #3 -PYRAMID (8/10/12/15/15/12/10/8) *All 90 reps equal 1 complete set *Comple the 3 full sets
